CONTEXT
TWINT, Switzerland’s most-loved payment app, set out to connect with Gen Z in a way that felt native, not branded. So they came to us: to develop the TikTok strategy, define the brand’s voice, and shape its personality on the platform from the ground up.
CREATION
We launched the channel with a bang – a viral first post totaling 96.8K views, zero media spend. Since then, we’ve created fresh storytelling formats like «Twint or Double», facilitated exciting collabs and handled everything from first idea to final cut to media rollout. In less than 12 months, we gained 12M+ views, 24.5K new followers, and a TikTok channel ranked among Switzerland’s top brands (Markt & Kommunikation, 2025). Simply put: A love brand that gets Gen Z and gets results.
